The next step after finding your business area is creating a solid plan with all the steps needed to take you from where you are now to your goal.
When you have made a solid plan containing all the details of your journey from start to goal it is time to start working according to your plan. When doing so you will begin to organize parts of your plan into sub-plans like: building your website, writing e-mail to your follow-up sequence, how to do accounting in order to keep the people at the taxation office happy and so on. At this point, you will be testing your website, if you hit the jackpot by the traffic coming to your website or as most of us, using solo ads (paid traffic, that can be bought on Udimi). Testing and doing split test are important. If you do not set up your web site right to collect e-mail via squeeze pages or people do not buy your products when signing up nor do so after going through your follow-up sequence, you need to make changes on your squeeze page and/or sales page before contacting people/sending more traffic to it.
Here is when you start finding better ways to achieve your goals and finding out what things that need to be done to overcome the challenges you will be facing that you may have missed or already seen that is between you and having a successful business. In other words, you will be turning your plan into processes that can be worked on separately and by doing so are able to work on separate parts of your business without getting lost or start outsourcing parts of your work to coworkers and/or people you do business with.
After rising to the level where you start seeing the bigger picture, you will start focusing on getting the most out of your team. As a first step, you will be looking at having the right person in the right place.
By doing so, people will be motivated to work harder and be more productive than doing something they know that could be done faster nad better by another team member. At this point, you are in the position where you can get in touch with people via mail or on forums to create a network and starting joint ventures and where you will start to see some momentum in your business.
I want to be honest here, you need to contact hundreds or even thousands of potential JV-partners before you get the income that allow you to quit your day job and getting the income you need from your business.
When you become really experienced you start to see your business as a system. At this point, you know where you are going and start seeing what needs to be done before most people around you have noticed it as an issue.
Now you are running a business as an expert, at this point you need to lead your team through the steps of understanding that you have been through in order for them to understand your instructions and by doing so making your business become less dependent of you. Here is when you dramatically decrease your workload and start having more time to do what you want while continuing growing your business.
